2018 PRICE GUIDE AND BOOKING DETAILS

Booking Terms and Conditions:

1. This booking is for holiday use of an apartment only by those named on the booking form and does not constitute a tenancy.

2. The booking becomes a binding contract when the proprietor sends you written confirmation.

3. The period of hire is from 2 p.m. on the day of arrival until 10.00 a.m. on the day of departure.

4. You, the hirer[s] of the accommodation, agree:  [a] to notify the proprietor of any breakage or damage and  reimburse him prior to departure;  [b] to leave the apartment  in a clean and tidy state on departure;  [c] to permit the proprietor reasonable access to the property, if required; and [d] that your car is at parked at the property at your own risk and your personal possessions are left on the premises at your own risk.

5. Smoking is not permitted inside the apartment

6. A small dog is accepted strictly by prior arrangement and on the the condition that it is completely housetrained, well behaved, kept off the soft furnishings or beds and not left unattended in the property at any time. No other pets are permitted.

7. The proprietor may cancel your booking if the apartment becomes unsuitable for occupation due to circumstances beyond his reasonable control, such as flood or fire damage. In such a situation a full refund will be made of all sums paid, but the proprietor will have no further liability to you.

8. A 20% deposit (minimum £50 and rounded to the nearest £) should be made with each booking and the full balance is payable 42 days before your arrival date. If payment is not received by the due date, the proprietor may treat your booking as cancelled.

In the case of bookings within 42 days of the arrival date, the full cost of the hire is payable  at  the time of booking.

9. Cancellation: If you cancel your reservation  sooner than 13 weeks before your arrival date, a cancellation charge of £20 per week booked will be deducted and the balance of your deposit will be returned. If you cancel within 13 weeks of your  arrival date, your deposit (or 20% of your total holiday cost) will be non-refundable and you will remain liable to pay the balance due for the booking if the apartment cannot be fully relet.

Holiday cancellation insurance is therefore recommended.

Application form

Weekly terms based normally on a Saturday to Saturday week for Flats 2 & 3, and a Friday to Friday week in Flat 4 ; available  from 2 p.m. on the day of arrival,  until 10.00 a.m., on the day of departure.

Short breaks may be accepted close to the arrival date if there is late availability.

 

Bed linen is included, but towels are not included  (towels may be hired by prior request).

Payment options:

Cheque, which must be drawn on a UK Bank, and made payable to Paul Williamson.

(cheque not suitable within 2 weeks of arrival)

Direct bank transfer by BACS.

Paypal

For overseas clients, payment  should be by  bank transfer ( all bank charges for that transfer, including  receiving fee, are payable by the client).
